The website (hereinafter, the “Site”) is owned and maintained by Curium and its affiliates (hereinafter all referred to as Curium) in application of this Privacy Statement.

Curium values individual privacy and wants to give Site visitors the opportunity to know what information Curium collects about them and how they can limit the use of their personal data beyond the purposes for which they first provided it. At all times, however, Curium reserves the right to disclose information where required by Law or to comply with valid legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order), to protect Curium’s rights or property, including without limitation in the event of a transfer of control of Curium or substantially all of its assets, or during emergencies when safety is at risk.

Curium is the controller of your personal data, that is to say a legal person which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. The fact that Curium is a controller of personal data means that Curium respects the principles of personal data processing and treats your personal data solely in accordance with applicable laws, decides on the purpose and means of the processing of your personal data, and ensures that your personal data is properly secured.

You can visit much of the Site without telling Curium who you are or providing Curium with other personal data information. The Site may however collect your email address if you communicate with Curium by email, as well as other information that you might supply voluntarily. When you attempt to contact Curium through the Site and request a response, Curium asks for your name and contact information. If you do not want Curium to use this information to make further contact with you beyond fulfilling your requests, please inform Curium of your desire in your communication.

Some features of the Site will permit you to submit information in order to access specific content, features, interactive tools, services or participate in a particular activity. Curium only process personal data for the period that is necessary in the frame of the purpose of the process. Curium continuously assess whether the need to process certain personal data for certain purposes is still valid.

  • With Curium subsidiaries and affiliates (companies controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a Curium company);
  • With Curium’s third-party service providers, to administer our Site, conduct surveys, provide technical support, and transmit communications;

  • You have the right to be fully informed about the processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to know whether Curium process your personal data and what personal data Curium process, and to obtain information from Curium about the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data and the recipients of personal data.
  • You also have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited, to have incorrect personal data corrected and to have incomplete personal data amended.
  • You have the right to the deletion of personal data in cases when (i) the personal data is no longer necessary for the above purposes, (ii) you revoke your consent and no other legal reason for processing exists, (iii) you bring forth objections against processing and Curium have no prevalent legitimate reasons to further process your data, (iv) your personal data was processed in violation of the law, (v) your personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation.

Curium does not solicit, intentionally collect and process personal data of children as defined in article 8 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (under 16 years old or lower but not below 13 years old) and equivalent privacy regulations in the United States and in other countries.


Curium will not treat, as personal data, any information provided on the Site that is not personally identifiable, such as questions, comments, ideas, or suggestions. You should be aware of that in accordance with Curium’s Terms of Use, Curium considers such information as non-confidential, non-proprietary, and publicly available and is free to disclose through any means and use for any purpose such information in its sole discretion. By providing such information to Curium, you understand and agree that no relationship, agency, joint venture, partnership, employment or other formal business relationship or association has been created between you and Curium or obligates Curium to enter into any subsequent agreement or business arrangement with you whatsoever regarding that information.
