As our team continues to grow, we are committed to maintaining a close-knit, supportive workplace.
Our Prague Social Committee plays an active role in bringing colleagues together by organizing activities both inside and outside the office, fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace environment where everyday moments matter. From pub quizzes and local outings in Prague to trips beyond the city, as well as seasonal workshops such as creating Easter or Christmas decorations, these initiatives strengthen our sense of community.
As part of Curium Cares, a global initiative to enhance our everyday impact on patients with cancer, our community and our environment, our team gets actively involved in supporting children from families in difficult circumstances through an ongoing partnership with a local organization Klokánek. In addition, we launched the Career Restart initiative in collaboration with the non-profit organization Genixa, supporting cancer survivors in their return to the labor market through education, career counseling, and employer engagement.

Prague Shared Services Center (SSC)
Our Prague SSC serves as a key operational hub for Curium, supporting many countries across the organization through a broad portfolio of critical services.
These include Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting & Controlling), Information Technology (Infrastructure, Project Management, Applications), Human Resources (HR Administration, Talent Management, Payroll, Recruitment and HRIS), Customer Service (including Master Data and Pricing), as well as other essential business support functions.
Through its expertise, strong customer focus, and centralized service model, the Prague SSC enables local organizations to operate efficiently and consistently. By driving process excellence, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality support, the SSC plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and helping Curium execute its strategy across markets.
