Summary of Position

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all data center environments. This includes coordinating time, resources and budgets for internal employees and consultants as well as planning and prioritizing Data Center Operations projects. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Disaster Recovery processes, management leading tests and compliances.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements
  • Manage the contractual obligations with the data center providers
  • Manage the datacenter third party contract including the financial forecast
  • Ensure compliance of the datacenters in regard of our GxP certifications
  • Audit 3rd party supplier to ensure GxP compliance
  • Plan, accommodate and communicate maintenance windows
  • Maintain a clear and accurate asset (Software & Hardware within the Data center)
  • Monitor, forecast and plan the evolution of the Datacenters including SaaS
  • Manage audits responses by maintaining proper documentations & accreditation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field
  • 5 + years of experience within data center management
  • Experience managing network and server environments
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
  • GxP certification experience will be a plus
  • Experience with MS Servers and VMware strongly preferred
  • Ability to interact and communicate at all levels of within an organization
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
